The Butterfly House & Gardens is a place where many native Ohio butterflies, moths and skippers call home. Learn about the many species living in Ohio and the plants they need to survive.

Visitors to the butterfly house will stroll down the garden path and discover native butterflies, moths, and skippers in all stages of their life cycles.

Gardens surrounding the Butterfly House include a Sensory Garden, where visitors can touch, smell, hear, and experience plants that stimulate the senses.

Butterfly House Purpose:

To inspire people to protect and create habitats for butterflies, moths, and related plants by providing an engaging, interactive, educational environment.

Hours:
Monday thru Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Admission:

  • Adults and children 5 yrs or older - $2 per person
  • Children 4 and under - free
  • Individual members of Beech Creek - free
  • Family members of Beech Creek - free for immediate family members
